Time: 10 Min • Serves: 1 Ingredients: 2 TBSP Vinoso Red Wine Vinegar 32 oz Tomato Juice 4 TBSP Horseradish 2 TBSP Mojito Lime Seasoning OR your Favorite Seasoning 1 tsp Black Pepper 2 tsp Ghost Pepper Salt or Hoff’s Dirty Dust 2 oz Vodka Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, about 30 - 60 seconds. Refrigerate until ready to serve. To assemble drink put ghost pepper salt or Hoff’s Dirty Dust on a plate. Dampen rim of an 8 oz glass with water then place the top of glass into the spice of your choice. Fill the glass with ice, add 2 oz of Vodka and the Bloody Mary mix. Stir together. Garnish as desired with celery, lime, olives and pickles.

Ingredients: 1/4 Cup Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil 2 TBSP Black Garlic Balsamic 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Parsley 1 TBSP Finely Chopped Rosemary 1 TBSP Finely Chopped Oregano Salt & Pepper to taste 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise Directions: 1. In a small bowl stir together Mushroom & Sage Olive Oil, Black Garlic Balsamic and chopped herbs. 2. Add salt and pepper to taste. 3. Let marinate for a few minutes. 4. In another bowl add 1/4 cup mayonnaise and mix in 2 TBSP of the previously made olive oil, balsamic and herb mixture. 5. Spread over crusty bread, or use with your protein of choice, such as roast beef or flank steak.
