• 1/4 Cup Family Reserve Picual Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 4 TBSP 18 Year Style Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
• 10 Garlic Cloves, crushed
• 1/2 Cup Chopped Spinach
• 1/3 Cup Chopped Red Onion
• 1 TBSP Chopped or Dried Oregano
• 2 TBSP Chopped Basil
• 1/2 of a 16 oz Box of Penne Pasta
• Salt & Pepper to taste
• 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1. Boil penne pasta as directed.
2. While pasta is cooking, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, onion and basil in a sauce pan. Sauce for about 5 minutes or until fragrant.
3. Place cooked penne pasta in the sauce pan with the mixture and toss and cook until all ingredients are coating the pasta.
4. Add spinach, oregano, salt & pepper. Stir for 1 - 2 minutes.
5. Plate and top with parmesan cheese.
