Peach Bellini

Ingredients:
1 Cup Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
1 lb Peaches, fresh or frozen
1 Bottle Prosecco (750 ml)
Additional Flavor Recommendations: Apricot White Balsamic, Cranberry Pear Balsamic
Directions:
Peel Peaches, remove the pit and then cut into slices.
Combine the peaches and the peach white balsamic vinegar in a blender and blend until smooth.
Spoon the peach puree into a pitcher or into the bottom of individual glasses (about 1 TBSP in each glass).
Fill pitcher or glasses or Prosecco an stir. Garnish with a peach slice or rim with sugar if desired.
NOTE: Additional puree can be stored in an airtight container in your freezer for up to one month.
