• 1 lb Ground Beef
• 2 TBSP Cilantro and Red Onion Olive Oil
• 2 TBSP Mojito Lime Seasoning
• 1 Packet of Taco Seasoning
• 1/4 Cup Water
• 1 TBSP Jalapeño Lime Balsamic
• 8 - 10 Crunchy Taco Shells or Flour Tortillas
• 1 Tomato, diced small
• 1 Cup Shredded Lettuce
• 1/2 Cup Queso Blanco Cheese
1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef until thoroughly cooked. Drain and add back into skillet.
2. Add the olive oil, mojito lime spice, taco seasoning and water to beef and stir well. Simmer 15 min.
3. Add the balsamic vinegar and stir and cook an additional minute or two.
4. Heat taco shells or tortillas if desired.
5. Layer with meat mixture, tomato, lettuce and cheese. Serve Immediately.
