Blend pineapple juice, cream of coconut, frozen pineapple, coconut balsamic, coconut rum, half of the dark rum, and ice in a blender until thick, smooth and frosty.
Moisten rim of chilled glasses and dip in toasted coconut to coat. Pour remaining dark rum into glass.
Pour pina colada mixture into glass over the dark rum. Rum will swirl through colada.
