    Chili Lime Chicken Kabobs

    Time: 1 & 1/2 Hours • Serves: 4

    Ingredients:


    • 3 TBSP ZOT Persian Lime Olive Oil
    • 1 1/2 TBSP Vinoso Red Wine Vinegar
    • 2 TBSP Mojito Lime Seasoning
    • 1 Pound Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts - Cut into chunks for kabobs
    • Salt & Pepper to taste
    • Skewers

    Directions:


    1. In a small bowl whisk together the Persian Lime Olive Oil and the Vinoso Red Wine Vinegar.
    2. Season with Mojito Lime Seasoning.
    3. Place the chicken & mixture in a ziplock bag or baking dish.
    4. Marinate in the refrigerator at least 1 hour.
    5. Preheat grill on medium - high heat.
    6. Thread chicken onto skewers. Add veggies if desired.
    7. Grill skewers for 10 to 15 min or until cooked completely.
