Blackberry Ginger Salmon

Time: 15 min; Marinate 1 hour • Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- 2 TBSP Blackberry Ginger Balsamic
- 2 TBSP Persian Lime Olive Oil
- 4 Salmon Fillets
- 1 TBSP Honey
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- Additional Flavor Recommendations: Garlic Olive Oil, Bourbon Maple Balsamic, Blood Orange Olive Oil, Teriyaki Balsamic
Directions:
- Arrange salmon in a greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the balsamic, olive oil, honey, garlic, cayenne pepper, and salt & pepper.
- Pour mixture over salmon and marinate for 1 hour.
- Place baking dish in the oven at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork. Top with blackberries if desired.
- Serve immediately.
