2 Large T-Bone or Porterhouse Steaks (or any steak you desire)
Sea Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper
1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
Additional Flavor Recommendations: Garlic Olive Oil, Herbes De Provence Olive Oil, Black Truffle Olive Oil, 18 Year Traditional Balsamic, Italian Fig Balsamic
Directions:
Heat up your grill to very hot.
Allow steak to come up to room temperature, then rub salt & pepper onto both sides of the steak. Rub or brush half of the Tuscan Herb Olive Oil to lightly coat.
Place steak over red hot coals or gas grill for 4 minutes. Turn and cook 4 minutes more to achieve medium rare (cook longer on each for more well done steak).
Allow steak to rest 10 minutes then brush on the remaining Tuscan Herb Olive Oil. Drizzle with the 18 Year Balsamic Vinegar before serving.
