Spicy Herb Lamb Chops

Time: 1 & 1/2 Hours • Serves: 6
Ingredients:
- 2 TBSP Cayenne Agrumato Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
- 1 TBSP Fresh Rosemary
- 1 tsp Fresh Thyme
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 6 Lamb Chop
Directions:
- In a food processor or blender, add garlic, rosemary, thyme, and salt and pulse until combined. Add the Cayenne Olive Oil and pulse to blend.
- Rub the mixture on both sides of the lamb chops and let them marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. Remove chops about 10 minutes before cooking.
- Heat a grill pan over medium to medium high heat. Add the lamb chops and sear for about 2 minutes each side. Continue cooking the chops for 5 minutes for a medium temperature, flipping them halfway through the 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
