    Mashed Potatoes

    Time: 1 Hour • Serves: 8

    Ingredients:

    • 8 Medium Sized White Potatoes
    • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream (more or less depending on your desired consistency)
    • 2 TBSP Sour Cream
    • 1/4 Cup Savory Butter Olive Oil
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 1/2 tsp Pepper

    Directions:

    1. Scrub & clean potatoes and place in a pot. Cover the potatoes with water, add a dash of salt and boil for 45 minutes.
    2. Remove potatoes from water and place in bowl. Mash the potatoes in the bowl with the skin on.
    3. Add heavy cream and stir.
    4. Add sour cream and Savory Butter Olive Oil and stir. Continue to mash until desired consistency is reached.
    5. Add salt & pepper to taste. Serve warm.
