Maple Balsamic Salmon

Ingredients:

  •  1/4 Cup Bourbon Maple Balsamic
  • 1/4 Cup Garlic Olive Oil
  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • 1/4 Cup Orange Juice
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Additional Flavor Recommendations: Tuscan Herb Olive Oil, Gremolata Olive Oil, Teriyaki Balsamic, Honey & Ginger Balsamic

Directions:

  1. Combine orange juice & Bourbon Maple Balsamic Vinegar in a saucepan and cook over medium high heat. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Turn off heat and add the Garlic Olive Oil. Mix well.
  3. Season salmon with salt & pepper.
  4. Brush generously with the glaze mixture. Bake salmon in the oven at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes until salmon is completely done (occasionally brush salmon with remaining glaze during cooking process).
