Combine orange juice & Bourbon Maple Balsamic Vinegar in a saucepan and cook over medium high heat. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
Turn off heat and add the Garlic Olive Oil. Mix well.
Season salmon with salt & pepper.
Brush generously with the glaze mixture. Bake salmon in the oven at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes until salmon is completely done (occasionally brush salmon with remaining glaze during cooking process).
