    Easy Tomato Bruschetta

    Time: 1 Hour 15 Min • Serves: 8

    Ingredients:

    • 3 TBSP Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
    • 1 TBSP Sicilian Lemon Balsamic
    • 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
    • 1 Shallot, minced
    • 1/2 tsp Salt
    • 6 Plum tomatoes, diced
    • 2 Green Onions, sliced
    • 2 TBSP Basil, chopped
    • Salt & Pepper to taste
    • 1 Baguette, sliced
    • Additional Flavor Recommendations: Herb De Provence Olive Oil, Basil Agrumato Olive Oil, Pink Grapefruit Balsamic

    Directions:

    1. Wash all produce. Mince the garlic & shallot and place in a medium bowl. 
    2. Chop the tomatoes and slice the green onion and add to the garlic & shallot mixture. 
    3. Drizzle the Tuscan Herb olive oil & Sicilian Lemon balsamic over the mixture and stir well to coat. 
    4. Add chopped basil and salt & pepper and stir.
    5. Allow mixture to sit for at least 1 hour. 
    6. When ready to serve preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice the baguette and place on baking sheet. Brush with the Tuscan Herb olive oil and bake for 5 min. Top with the tomato mixture and serve.
