• Italian Herb Pizza Dough or Focaccia
• 1/4 Cup Black Truffle Olive Oil
• 2 Garlic Cloves
• 2 TBSP Pizza Seasoning
• 1 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, finely grated
• 1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, finely grated
• 1 TBSP Italian Herb of Naples Dark Balsamic Vinegar
1. Preheat the oven to 500F. Use a pizza stone or a cookie sheet.
2. Roll pizza dough out on parchment paper or a floured surface until the crust is about ½”
thick.
3. Mix Black Truffle Olive Oil, minced garlic, and pizza seasoning. Spread truffle mix on pizza
dough. Top with parmesan and mozzarella. Drizzle with olive oil.
4. Set the pizza on a preheated pizza stone or cookie sheet and bake until the crust is crisp, and
cheese is melted, about 10-11 minutes.
5. Top with Italian Herb of Naples Balsamic Vinegar
